Look for a curling iron with ionic technology for fine locks. They smooth the cuticle, make fine hair look healthier and shinier, and finished curls will have a more professional look. A swivel cord makes it easier to maneuver the curling iron and always look for one that has an automatic shut off.

Tourmaline aids in preventing frizz, won’t pull, and causes less damage to hair. Avoid metal barrels on curlers. They may not heat evenly and can damage hair, which will add an extra level of difficulty when curling.
